New in the Box Hubertus made by Otter for Hubertus in Solingen Germany 

From my understanding Hubertus out sourced their Springer Knives to Otter another German Company 

There is 2 difference that I can tell one  is on the lever that fires the Blade there is no hole  the oringial had a hole .  The other Difference is that the spring is part of the back spring were the older ones had a spring that you could take in and out and easy repair.
