"Kinney Shoes" easy opener by Syracuse Knife Company
Here's a cool liitle slice of history. This knife is stamped Syracuse Knife Company, Syracuse, N.Y. Syracuse Knife Company was a tang stamp mariking used by Camillus from c.1935-1940. Kinney Shoes was an American shoe manufacturer from 1894-1998. Some shoe companies used to give away a pocket knife with a new pair of shoes. This knife has a carbon steel spear blade and a caplifter/screwdriver blade on an easy opener frame. Blades are full and open and close with excellent snap and no blade play. Both have half stops as well. The handles are a black jigged composite material. It measures approximately 3 3/8 closed. Considering its age, this knife is in remarkable condition.
