Miller Bros Cutlery congress whittler, 1863-1926, sheepsfoot, spear & file, all long pull.  Heavily sharpened and cleaned, excellent blade snap, Tortoise handle material fastened with screws.  There is a chip on one corner as shown in pictures.  Closed 3 5/16 inches.
