Kent Jack Knife (Made by Camillus)
This is a Kent stamped two blade jack knife. Kent was a brand sold by Woolworths department stores. They were made by Camillus c.1931-1955 making this knife at least 65 years old now. This knife has jigged composite handles. The main clip blade is nicely swedged with a long pull. There is a very small flea bite (chip) in the edge of the main blade but it would be easily removed with sharpening. The secondary blade is a pen blade. Both blades have half stops and very good snap opening and closing with no blade play. The carbon steel blades are full but do have some patina as would be expected of a knife this old. The bolsters and heraldic shield are nickel silver. Overall this knife is in good vintage condition. There is a very slight bit of separation of the handle material from the frame on the pile side but it is minimal. Knife measures a smidge over 3 1/2 inches closed. Here's your chance to add a little history to your collection or perhaps go old school with your next EDC.
