"Made In USA" Equal Cattleman Knife
This knife is a bit of an oddity as far as the blade selection goes. It has spear, sheepsfoot, and pen blades. Not your usual offering on a cattlemans knife but certainly a very functional offering. The knife is stamped "Made In USA" which was a tang stamp used for knives produced for the Sears And Roebuck Company. Sears contracted with Schrade, Ulster, and Camillus to produce knives for them. I do not know for certain but my best semi-educated guess is that this one was made by Camillus. It measures approximately 3 5/8 inches closed. The handles are some sort of black jigged composite and show a bit of shrinkage. The blades are still full or nearly full with good snap and no wobble. The bolsters are iron and the knife sports a bale similar to what many scout utility knives have. This one is a bit of head scratcher but because of the unusual blade selection. You can be the first kid on the block to own one!
