ADDITIONAL INFO:     I have had this knife for years but did not like the funky-looking Winterbottom composite handles. They did appear to be as good a quality as Delrin and they seem to oxidize pretty badly and to me they were very unappealing. I put the knife away and in a box of other knives and probably looked at it once or twice a year. I was looking through that box a while back and I found this knife again, this time I decided I'm going to dress it up a little bit. I took off the old handles and put this mahogany colored CSB, (carved stag bone). I had some brand-new sheaths that were made by a current company here in the US I believe, but I can't quite make out the logo. It is double stitched in the welt and with all a nice loop on the sign to carry a pen, a steel or other components of your fire starting kit. The best information I can find on this knife is that it was a was made in around 1958 to 1960. Here's a great chance to add this to your collection or to your hunting kit. All cleaned up with new handles, I had 2nd thoughts about selling this one but, I need the room to store more knives that I will be buying whatever I find them! LOL
