In the 1970’s Browning produced a series of knives considered to be among the finest knives Browning ever offered.

Sportsman Series 3018F, “Outfitter 1” is a single 3” blade of high quality 440 type Stainless steel. (knives from Seki, Japan at that time were reported to be made using AUS 8). Knife OAL folded is 4 ½”. Handle is African Ebony wood with brass guard and butt cap and features a hand made leather sheath crafted in Mexico. Knife come in its original factory box with brochure featuring models and sharpening instruction. This knife has a very sharp drop point high carbon stainless steel blade, brass bolsters, lock back mechanism, and is in excellent, never used condition showing a little minor tarnish on the bolster ends.
