This a picture handles whittler made by the Novelty Cutlery Co. of Canton Ohio. Its 3 inches long closed. Has 3 blades Spear point master and 2 pen blades. All 3 blades have snap in both directions with end play in the master and one pen blade. The other pen blade has some side play. All 3 tangs are stamped. The master is hard to read but says Novco USA Canton O. The other blades bears the marking. Celluloid handles are in good condition. The picture side has started to fade though making the pictures hard to see. The man pictured is the founder of the Woodmen Of America and the marking below that is the symbol of that fraternity. Nickle pins and brass liners. It has been used.  PayPal is prefered.
