It includesThe story of cutlers enticed by early american companies to come from Europe ( mainly England ); for the opportunitys and freedoms offered by the Fledgling USA democracy. it explains the circumstances and reasons for this important segment of history. It covers the time period of approx 1840 until 2003.
Some of the companies included are Schrade, Walden , New York Knife, Ulster ,Napanoch, Grahamsville, Honk Falls, Orange, G Kay Kipsi Kut, Nagle, Warwick, L Bradley and more It also describes the part that several of the major players ( Tom Bradley NYK, G Schrade, Henry Baer ) involved in this story played.
