ADDITIONAL INFO: This knife appears in the reprint of the 1978 Western Cutlery Co. catalog as reprinted in Harvey Platts’ book THE KNIFE MAKERS WHO WENT WEST. The blade is the proper length as per the specs in the catalog. This is an excellent knife that will give someone a lifetime of service! The stainless blade is not prone to rusting and the Delrin® handle does not rot out like the leather handles do. While not a really fancy knife this is a very serviceable tool! Only 6.6 ounces including the sheath.
