ADDITIONAL INFO: This is a nice little Schrade Walden made between 1965 in 1973. We know it was made prior to mid 1973 because this knife has the Schrade Walden tang stamp. In mid-1973 the tang stamp was changed, and the word Walden was dropped. Schrade continued to carry this pattern until 1985 when it was removed from the catalog. This is a nice thin knife, only 3/8” thick and weighing only 0.7 ounce. This makes for a very pocket friendly knife and the small size makes it great for an office environment. However, it has a nice 1 ½” cutting edge on the blade. Large enough for small to medium cutting chores and with a very effective nail file. All in all a very nice piece for a gentleman’s pocket, a lady’s purse or in addition to someone’s collection.
