ADDITIONAL INFO:      I believe this to be the first generation of Kershaw D.W.O.s introduced in 1985 or 1986. It is identical to the one I purchased when they first came out. It has the OREGON USA on the tang stamp, which was changed in the late 1980s, about 1988 or 1989 as I recall. I was managing a cutlery store about 30 miles from the Kershaw headquarters at that time and Kershaw was our best selling cutlery brand. This knife has the early spanner type screws that holds the blade and handle in place. I believe this is one of the first models of the D.W.O. Add this to your Kershaw collection!
