Not certain, this one is a SOG, but from everyone I showed this one to at the Parker Show this weekend, that seems to be the best guess. Probably is a contract knife or sample. Another thing that makes me lean towards SOG, is the knife came in the same type box as the SOGs that accompanied it in the dagger collection! Also, the sheath looks to be Sog as well. Anyways, whatever the knife is, there is one thing for sure and that is: This is a Quality Built and most likely very Rare piece of Collector Cutlery! This bad boy was made in Seki Japan and is not a new, cheap , Chinese made dagger. This one is 12" long overall with a 7" blade which is 1" wide. The knife has a 1-3/4" long serrations on both sides of the double edge blade. Blade steel is 440 Stainless. The knife weighs 9.5 oz and 12.9oz with the sheath. This Beauty is Mint, New Old Stock, Complete with the Box and Sheath. The tang stamp is" HIGH RANGER'S" with the obverse stamp "440 STAINLESS, SEKI JAPAN " . The number on the end of the box is KE-234/A. SEE PICS! Who knows? Possibly even a Kershaw? Anyway, this is a Mint and Complete Package and is another Rare Knife from my recent Japan Dagger Collection Purchase.
This knife is Mint in Box and is the Complete package!
