Here is one of Webster Marbles most famous and copied knives folk's, The Woodcraft. This knife was patented in 1916. It has a very thick backspine with notched grooves on top to prevent thumb or finger slippage in various cutting operations. Being a heavy knife, it was considered the all around camp knife from dressing & skinning game to chopping up campfire wood This is the Marbles Woodcraft with Winewood scales and Stag butt cap. The wood scales are very pretty and have good depth to em. The Stag butt cap dresses up the end of the knife real nice and if you note the curvevature of it in pics, it is really comfortable in the hand Knife is 8 1/2" OAL with a thick 4 3/8" high carbon blade. The blade is stamped : Marbles, USA.
