ADDITIONAL INFO: This knife started life as a Plain-Jane TL-29 like million others. I took it apart and replaced the nickel silver bolsters with longer brass bolsters, essentially making it a Barlow. I file worked the bolsters with grooves and crowning. I replaced the black plastic handles with smooth dyed camel bone. I file worked the backspring and the spine of the blade with vine & leaf filework, continuing the pattern through the joint where the backspring meets the blade.
This knife is a one-of-a-kind customized knife, suitable for display or to carry and use everyday.
