CUTLERY: By purchasing this item you are stating; You are at least 21 years of age and can legally own/possess any knife/cutlery. Buyer takes on and assumes all liability and risk. Sold as a Collectible Only. Check your local/state/country laws before buying. All my Cutlery is "As Found". Unless otherwise noted. I do sometimes oil the tang area and remove any fuzz balls from inside.
UNITED STATES PAYMENT: Buyer pays in full before shipping. Personal checks okay. Cashiers check and money orders are fine also. Credit card payments available through PayPal. Well concealed cash.
PAYPAL: I will only ship or mail to a PayPal Confirmed Address in the United States of America.
SHIPPING: Shipping is to the lower 48 States only at this time. This gets your item in a sturdy box with packing. We will not be held responsible for lost or damage. Buyer is responsible for paying insurance, if desired. UPS service is also available. We will combine items to save on shipping. All items are packaged carefully for a safe trip.
RETURNS: The best description and the best picture is no substitute for a hands on appraisal of the item you are buying. For this reason; all items are offered with a money-back guarantee if not as described or grossly mis-represented, unless stated 'As Is' on clearance items or custom work. If any wording is not stated clearly, just email.

Returns will be honored when items are received in the same condition as when they were shipped, no altered or broken returns. We need to be notified within 7 days after receiving item(s) for any return. With any return We require Buyer to pay all return shipping costs. No exceptions unless previously agreed upon.
