This is one of 5 Genuine Stag handled traditional design folding knives that Coleman commissioned from Seki Japan. The quality is, as you might expect, superior throughout. The blades have good snap but open smoothly and firmly. All the blades will easily slice through a sheet of 24 pound computer paper edge-on. The fitting of the stag to the nickel-silver bolsters is even and precise.

The pen knife has 2 blades and is 3 3/8 inches closed with the main blade 2 1/2 inches long.

The main blade is stamped with the Coleman lantern logo on one side and "AUS-6 Seki Japan" on the other side with "First Production Run" across the center of the blade.

Coleman apparently discontinued this project after a short time, so the "First Production Run" was also the last. These knives are relatively rare but great examples of what can be done with traditional designs when carried to a high level of excellence. This knife is mint and new in the original box
