This RARE piece is limited to only 12 sets made worldwide.
Set includes five 8" knives that feature (from left to right) Orange Curly Maple Wood, Giraffe Bone, Genuine Stag, Smooth Buffalo Horn, and Red Stag. Each knife is wired to into the green felt board of the display case behind glass. Knives also feature "CS" Shield with "Designed by D'Holder" bordering shield. Knives also feature Full Mirror Polished Integral Cast Blade, Blade Steel 19C27 Sandvik specialty Steel (Rockwell 60-63 / Rockwell C scale), Coined Nickel silver Custom D'Holder / CSC Shield and Each knife individually serialized on back of blade.
The display case, with Canal Street Cutlery burnt into the wood on the top, is a custom Cherry case made by a custom furniture maker in New York. The glass of the case is frost etched with a pin stripe and "CS" logo. The back side of the case is personally signed by the principals and founders of Canal Street---Joe Hufnagel and Wally Gardiner and by Custom Knife maker and designer of these Hunters Dalton Holder / D'Holder.
The brass plaques are engraved with details from the commemorative. The first plaque is engraved with Canal Street Cutlery Co. Ellenville, NY USA Expressly for Red Hill Cutlery. The second plaque is engraved with CSCC/D'Holder Limited Edition Matched Set #12
