Green Stuff is a newer wax protectant on the market. This wax shell is unique in that it uses a water-based carrier base. The testimonials and tests performed by the producer (I know him) have made a formula loved by motorcyclists, car enthusiats etc. Best for protecting carbon steel and chromed (mirrored-mirror polished)metal. I have noticed that because of the H2O base, it requires shaking well b4 use, just a little goes a long way, and you get a lot for your dollar. It doesn't yet have the reputation of Flitz or Simichrome, however, it does have a market presence and excellent staying power. Surely an up-and-comer. Coupled with the also-offered "Green-Stuff" metal polish, it gives knifers the 1-2 punch so important. 1, to polish well without leaving a petroleum residue, and 2, a wax protectant formulated specifically to complement the polish and give the protection wanted by such a product. Finally, singulary, or together with the polish, the bottle will last a long-long time.
