Does not appear to be ever used or carried.
Brass pins and liners. Bolsters are solid steel.
Tang stamp on master only is USA. Master blade etched "Penn Knife Co., INC." in script, shown.
Back composite handles, no cracks or chips. Blades/tool have a few spider webs with staining and age spots, bright mirror finish. Large & wide blades, long pull on spey. Excellent snap open and closing all three.
Feels made well. I am guessing and going to say this looks to be made in the 50's, I have never seen another and cannot find any history on it.
It is 3 5/8 inches closed.

Great snap open and closing all blades and tool both ways with both knives.
Tang snap on both:
BOKER
USA
They both have the TREE logo stamp on back of each master blade also
Both with inlayed nickel silver shields, groved bolsters and brass liners.
Utility pattern
Brown jigged bone handle/scales and brass pins. Tight hairline from pin to bolster on shield side, one tight hair line on other side from pin to bolster also. The blade has been honed, not machined ground...still a fine user or carving tool.
Cattle Pattern
Slanted grooved bolsters, pinched bolsters, brass liners. Black jigged bone handle/scales and nickel silver pins, no cracks or chips. Another fine user or carry knife.

Brass pins and liners.
Imitation Ivory handles/scales have no cracks or chips. Nail slot on back to access nick.
Writing on outside is still there, but faint in some spots from pocket wear, see photo's.
Excellent snap open and closing. Honed edges almost razor sharp. There is some visible pitting, but I do not see any signs of gassing. See photo's.
Tang stamp weak on larger blade, but clear and full other shown. Back of larger blade has a pattern "K02220?". Not sure about the last zero, but the first zero & three deuce's are there.
It is 3 3/4 inches closed.

Both blades are still tight, no side play. They have gray patina and honed edges.
Pen blade appears to be full.
Jigged black composite handles/scales, no cracks or chips.
There is some shinkage on front/nick side. No signs of pulling.
It is approximately 3 1/2 inches closed without bail.

Brass pins and liners, nickel silver bolsters.
Center liner is full to seperate the blades.
Nice jigged bone scales. one small crack/nick, backside bottom right. You can see it in image/ photo. Not much pocket wear.
Both blades have excellent snap open and closing, with half stops also. Honed edges a few spots here and there, nothing major. See photos. No signs of machine grindings or deep scratches. Both blades appear full.
