It high quality reprint just the NYKC knife pages from the edition of a Biddles Hardware Co. Catalog from 1908. There are over 300 NYKC knives in high detail. The number of etches shown will blow you away. There are no other knife companies shown- only NYKC. It is 70 pages of highly detailed knife pictures. The front cover and last page are in color of actual knives, but the inside is 70 pages of knives in black and white, yet are high quality excellent images of knives. It appears knives are actual size. It is in a black plastic spiral book with clear plastic cover and high quailty pages. The detail of the knives comes through as if it was an original. This is not a copy of a copy of a copy. This is a second generation copy and and is crystal clear- in high detail- one you will be proud to own. NYKC produced very high quality knives from their factory in Walden, NY from 1856 to 1931. The 1929 stock market crash and Great Depression was simply too much from this firm to survive. You know I love swellcenters and auctions right? Well, I bought this swell-center at an knife auction years ago and it is still in its auction bag. So, here you go- It is NM condition. Stamps clear. Excellent Walk & Talk. Pattern number 32916 stamped on one of the pen blades. 4 3/8" closed. Perfect Ebony handles. Levine's 4th Edition calls these knives very rare and extinct by the 1920s.
