One of our stalwart members, Mr. Rob Busby otherwise known as robbobus has graciously offered me the opportunity to buy some of his early Northwoods knives and I couldn't think of a more deserving recipient to receive this package for Christmas than myself. lol
The package arrived today and life is good. Two Eskey zulus, a forest jack, a Broadway jack and a Lincoln Jack.
Thanks Rob! I am forever in your debt.

I am wondering if now, 4 months after the sale, Rob is suffering any seller's remorse ?
I have sold certain ivory/mammoth GEC's and then later wondered why i let them go, i.e. "seller's remorse".
Rob you let go of some very fine knives here. Is "seller's remorse" something you also experience ? If not, any tips on how to let go & move on ? ::teary_eyes::

I enjoyed all those knives. All. The Broadway and Lincoln were likely my most cherished of this lot but I can only hold onto so many. Trying to add some other interests and recently rekindled my appreciation of French knives. Fontenille Pataud don't come cheap unfortunately.
But overall, no remorse.

Thanks Rob. So part of letting go is to re-focus on other knives that might have been on one's 'radar' previously or even just discovered.
