Frontier stockman mods

Post by glennbad »

I modded a couple knives for the raffle in our company's fundraiser event. I've been doing this for a number of years now.

The knives looked like this before:

I did one in bone and one in stag.

Those are way cool ::tu:: I like the stag too, but the bone is very nice. The inletting for shield is excellent. I gotta give it try some time. Awesome work!

Beautiful work Glenn, how much do you expect they'll fetch at your Company's auction?

Unfortunately, they will just be a raffle item. People buy tickets and put them in a can for the items they are trying to win. It's just a random drawing.

Funny story, my buddy was at the event last year, and he was trying to support me. I don't know how many tickets he bought, but after he won the first knife, they kept pulling his name out over and over for the second one. He kept saying to pick another ticket, but they just kept pulling his name out.

Glenn, those are very nice. I like the bone one especially. You did very good on those.

Thanks everyone. What I like about some stag, is you don't know exactly how it will look when finished. Sometimes it looks crap, and sometimes it really pops!
