Welcome to AAPK.
I have not seen that knife before, but I am inclined to think it may have been made in France which is why you found it in a French speaking forum.
My guess is it is a French version of a SAK.

A French version of the Swiss Army Knife. They were(and still are)being made in a quality that ranges from horrible to exquisite. The handle material can be hard rubber(which yours looks to be)to plastic to cow horn to smooth bone to pearl. They can have either rounded ends or coffin handle ends.Virtually all that I have and have seen are bolster-less and have reinforcing washers on the blade pivots.
There is a website(see below) that deals with French manufacturers marks and is unfortunately mostly in French. I did a cursory scan but didn't come up with that particular name.Maybe you will have better luck.
Without seeing it up close your knife appears to be one of reasonably good quality. The usual things to look for are proper fit and finish.
