Latest Voyles Auction

Post by Paladin »

I just finished looking thru the listings in this latest of the Voyles auctions. I have no knives in the auction and am not bidding.
There are more Spyderco knives than I have ever seen in one place. Also, early Remingtons (1920-1940) and Winchesters, Pumas and Case galore. Lots of customs.
Fun to look thru.

EDIT: I failed to mention that there are two of the mysterious Case XXX knives in the auction. I believe I have seen the subject of Case XXX knives come up here on the forum and the write up will clear up some of the questions.

Bruce has 2 of my Spydercos; but, I don't see them in this auction. They are Sprint runs, a Delica and a Jess Horn with ZDP 189 steel. I'm trying to not look at the swords and keep from bidding until all my knives are sold (except for the Blade).

I have seen case xxx only once in person.
I don't even remember where that dealer was!
That guy said they were prototypes for jim parker,
and the employees gave them to him like that and quit.
I will have to find the article....

Unless I'm missing it, they don't seem to have the high resolution pictures that they usually have for these auctions.
