I have owned a few knives marked W.R.B. Terre Haute IN. Will Roll Bearing wholesaled the knives, have no idea who actually manufactured them.

Here's a nice old gal, you don't see many of them around. The handles appear to swirl like a hologram when you move it around. cheers

Collectors have a special name for that style of celluloid, it's called "waterfall" celluloid because it looks like water flowing over the surface.
