I'm sure there are others that can better answer as to when the knife was made. It is not old and I wouldn't say a reproduction but rather a recent regular production knife. Best guess.

Nice knife. It is a new knife with reproduction, old - style tang stamps. That particular tang stamp was originally used from 1932 - 1950 (Goins Encyclopedia of Cutlery Markings), but the knife itself is from approx. 2005 to 2010. Boker also made some of those with bone handles.
