Always better to know the closed length but looks like a 2394 1/2 B "New England Whaler" knife. Is it 3 9/16" closed?

Then it is a Schrade pattern # 2394 1/2 B, They called it a "New England Whaler" knife in there product catalog and the blade was etched with that.

As tjmurphy pointed out it is also know as a "loom fixer". Nice looking old Schrade Cut!
