Appears to be a pre WWII knife.

Seems like Winchester originally dated from 1919 to 1941. With your knife stamped on both blades I suspect it would be earlier rather than later.

There are two types of Winchester knives. A high quality knife marked on all blades and a lesser quality knife marked on one blade only introduced in 1931 (according to Goins) during the Depression. Goins lists the knives marked on all blades as being produced from 1919 until 1942. I don't really think that you can date it any closer than that.

This knife appears to me to be a Walden related knife.
