Unknown German knife

Hi Everyone,

Same knife, just hoping someone has info on it?

I have a knife that on the backs of the blade and file are the german word for stainless steel "Rostfrei". On the front handle is the word 'Bremen' which is the name of a german city. Above "Bremen" is the coat of arms or wappen for that city which is red with a key plus a crown on the top. On the knife blade tang is an animal of sorts which resembles a stag or deer. From the front legs to the back legs is an arch shape like a bridge. The scanner did not pick up the cutler's stamp well. The handle I am told is Toledo which is Italian style and the knife is a lobster knife.

Thanks ::shrug::

CJS,
Welcome to AAPK. ::welcome::
I am sorry, but I am not the person to answer your questions. It is a lobster pattern, but I don't know about the marks.
