Got this one for a steal. The seller said it´s probably of japanese origin. It has no markings whatsoever and I suspect it might be made in China.

What do you think?

Not a problem Junebug! The nail nicks look german to me but the blade seem to be stainless steel.

The first thing that popped into my mind is the land which shall not be named so I went and dug out my knife roll and snapped a few pictures. Take a look at these five, all made in China. They're very fond of the match strike look, plus those blades are very Chinese. The bottom knife with the yellow handles is a Road Runner.

Looks convincing Jerry, the nail nicks are the same. Well, it wasn´t expensive after all...

I have bought it second hand, so there was no indication pricewise.
Guess I will keep it because of the weird looking blades anyway...
