Wanting to know which book by Jim Parker gives the most information about Bulldog knives, showing types and pricing,dating ect..

The latest Parker Trader's Guide that includes Bulldog knife info and pricing is Vol. #8 (2007) .

Bob is right on that. Volume 8 was of course written by Jim's son Buzz. I like volume 3 because it is the only volume that has the colored pictures to identify the celluloid handle types. Voluime 5 & 7 are good also. Newer bulldogs are covered more in Parker's Knife Encyclopedia. Hope this helps.
