Richarz put and take knife

Hi i just bought these 3 on ebay australia for under $9.00. the small white bone handled one is marked richartz bros. and sons solingen ohligs on 1 side and made in germany on the other. bigger white one is ivory westall richardson sheffield . small ringturn blue one no mark. does anyone know about put and take knife ?
