ZAK Czechoslovakia (on the blade) deer foot handle. It looks like the original leather sheath.
I don't know anything else about this knife, it was given to me as a boy by my father and I know he had it quite sometime before I was born.
If you have any information on this knife or about how much it might be worth and/or the age of this knife, I would apprecated any info you can tell me.
Thanks,
Draac

Interesting knife. Especially the design of the sheath and its embellishments. It has a native American flair and the swastika is intriguing. Swastikas were used by native Americans and several other cultures other than Hitler's Reich.
Neat knife.

Intersting knife. I would estimate it was made in the interwar period. With the connection to your father, sentimental value is high but unlikely to have much monetary value IMO.

Here's another style of deer foot knife but it's not from Czechoslovakia. It's a big ol' lockback made by Henry Boker's Improved Cutlery (Circa. 1860-1880) of Germany.

Czechoslovakia as a nation only existed for a little over 70 years (see Wikipedia entry below) and all that during the 20th Century.
Czechoslovakia or Czecho-Slovakia[1] (Czech and Slovak: Československo, Česko-Slovensko) was a sovereign state in Central Europe which existed from October 1918, when it declared its independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, until 1992. From 1939 to 1945, the state did not de facto exist because of its forced division and partial incorporation into Nazi Germany, but the Czechoslovak government-in-exile nevertheless continued to exist during this period. In 1945, the eastern part of Carpathian Ruthenia was taken over by the Soviet Union. On 1 January 1993, Czechoslovakia peacefully split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Unfortunately in that condition they are worth very little, but the sentimental value is priceless
I would say it is from the 1930`s or later.
