All the Parker Brothers knives were made in Seki-City, Japan and imported by Jim and Mack Parker between 1978 and 1984. There were about 200 different models made, most were either smooth bone or stag handled. Parker Brothers started when Parker-Frost folded in 1978. Parker-Frost was 1976-1978. Parker Brothers had the Parker eagle below their name and Chattanooga TN on the bottom line.

I believe that is the Red Tail Hawk Lock...obviously with a Hawkbill blade. Is it 3 7/8"? If so, it is shown on page #301 of Parker's Guide (Vol. 6).
The guide mentions that wildlife animals or different names were etched on most all the blades of the knives produced and imported between 1979-1983.
