Well now you just blew my theory to heck and back. I was thinking that when you went fishing and didnt catch a fish you went home and bought a couple GEC's.

Amen brother. Picked one up from my local knife guy last fall and the buyers remorse remains.

heres the lil fella monk.......

I've decided, unless it's something really special, there's nothing in my future under 3 1/2".

I'll tell you guys, the 25 pattern is a whole lotta knife in a very compact package. I like larger patterns myself, but the lil' 25 Barlow has proven its worth to me; in fact I have one in my pocket right now. GEC really knows how to temper their steel and it takes and holds an edge very well! I will grant you that there isn't much to hang on to, but they just disappear in your pocket.I'm carrying the one on the right today.
