but....I have a question. I noticed the COA is handwritten and the model# would indicate a 2009 production, yet it is dated January 2011. Do you know the story behind this? Curious minds want to know

Hey George, good eye !!!!_____ That,is really, what made me buy the knife ( the story behind the knife **) I,was cruising the net.,lookin' for some stags, and just happen to notice the toothpick,in Ivory

seems that,GEC,started production,of these,128109,Mammouth Ivory,toothpicks,back in 2009,but only made a few ??? and have been completing a few each year, since,____using the original 2009 blade. They completed,six (6), this year,with the 2011,COA ______there are only ( 18 total ),completed,of this run,that started ,back in 2009.They may,keep adding to the run,but,there were only (6) completed,with the 2011,COA. The production totals,from the GEC, web.site, say,that there were, (16) Mammouth Ivory, 128109,Toothpicks,produced,in 2009 ,and the serial number,of the knife I bought is #16___ ??????---ah' the mystery,of GEC,collecting goes on
