These are 2 more I picked up a few weeks ago. The single blade knife is called a spatula florist knife in an old Cattaraugus catalog!!

Not sure of the age of the catalog but Ritchie and Stewart produced a copy of it and the page in the copy is 102 that the knife is shown on.

Another beauty! That really has a beefy master blade. It seems bigger for that knife. How big is that knife closed?

K-nice K-nives Galvanic, beautiful bone handles. The first knife picture, is that a rope knife with a manicure secondary (never saw that before) or is it an easy open with the spear blade broken and squared off? Just seems odd to have a rope blade with a manicure blade combination.

It's so nice to view these knives that are in such beautiful condition.
It's also nice to know they are in a place where they are well cared for.
Good for you, Mike for collecting such valuable cutlery.
Thank you.

Thanks for all the kind words about them, Kathy it's 3 5/8" closed.

About the seaman's knife, If you have a copy of Levine's 4th go to page 202 and on the bottom of the page you will see the knife. It's a WW1 Navy seaman's knife. The main blade was definitely not reshaped. Finding on from Cattaraugus is not easy!!

You've done some hard looking buddy, and found sights for sore eyes.

I like that budding and grafting knife and as Kathy said, that master on the medium whittler is the cat's meowwww.

Mike, great looking knives.

What is the red material wrapped around the edges of those two lobsters?

Celluloid or something else?
