Gus....his Kissing Crane knives are all vintage, pre 1972.

I spoke to the seller via e-mail yesterday and he assures they are mint.

Tim,thanks for the tip.I noticed some of the listings ended before they should,so my gues was you behind this little scheme,happy for you.I have several German friends and in general speaking most Germans are nice people to deal with,just don't mention the war .Regards Gus.

The Crane used to be a popular carrying and trading item around here (Mid to late 70's). Don't know what happened to them. basser 5 very nice yellow copperhead. All I have now is one of the newer cheap versions with plastic handles. No comparison to the older knives.

Gus...I couldn't agree more, i have met several nice folks from Germany through Ebay.

I have no experience with the newer ones. I can only guess that they are like all the other old companies where older is better.
