Here's one of the last fixed blades I purchased in 2016. This is a custom by Karis Fisher of Texas. I told her I wanted something similar to an Outers/Camp knife but with a bit more beef. She surely did that as can be seen in the comparison of the knife's thickness vs an old Outers. As most know Outers were a small cheap knife.

Only custom fixed blade I own out of OK, Rocky Menefee drop point with micarta scales. Came with the Parson's sheath. The other is Blind Horse Knife patch knife, a tiny thing but nice.

Steve99f: Your patch knife has very clean lines. I especially like the large ricasso area making the knife extra "handy." Having little exposure to patch knives, I do not know if the large ricasso is typical of the breed. ::tu::

This is a German made Hen & Rooster Bowie. A common blade design with Stag handle. Notable is the exceptional sharpness of the original edge.

Another custom I may have shown these in the past but good time to show again. This was the first custom knife I ever bought.
Ron Rosenbaugh 4 3/8 inch fighter/hunter, 9 1/8 inches OAL, 1/8 inch thick, 1 3/8 inches wide ATS34 stainless steel. Hollow grind with 2000 grit satin finish, full tang construction, and file worked spine and butt. Beautiful reddish brown spiral cut buffalo horn handles, creamy white streaks, red liners, mosaic brass pins and lanyard hole.

Here's another little custom I picked last year don't have any info on the maker. Just a nice little fixed blade/neck knife. I just call it my Baby Bowie.

Just finished up these 2 for the same customer, kind of a mile stone for me, number 600 and 601. 600 is my loose copy of a Western W-31 parachutist knife from 1945 ( at least the blade shape is). Cocobola handle. Number 601 is a hunting knife with dyed mule deer crown handle. Looks a lot like sambar stag but it is mule deer. ::tu:: Terry

Yet more very nice blades, guys. ::tu:: I posted this SCCO knife a page back (page 101) but thought I'd come back to show it with a sheath I just recently found. This sheath was the closest fit for this knife in all of eBay. It's a very inexpensive leather sheath but well made and has a welt to protect the stitching. It arrived in the tan color but I dyed it in hopes of making it a closer match to the old Schrade Cut Co fixed blade knife (color and age wise). The knife was made by Kinfolks for Schrade Cut Co. I'd appreciate some comments - good or bad or just a ::tu:: or ::td:: :D Tan or darker shade sheath? Thanks

I prefer the darker sheath coloring. Looks like it fits your knife very well. ::tu::

Sasquach, nice bunch of big blades, I like the Parker bowie, did it come with a sheath?
solwarrior, I too like the dye you put on the leather, did the sheath have a makers mark on the back? Nice! ::tu:: Terry
