Ivory is always great, like a good Wart Hog tusk, love the fact you put it together. Bravo. TRiver, very cool Indian look even if it was made by palefaces.

I'm sorry Leggo, I must disagree with you.
The Kodiak is a very nice Case but the Midnight Stag Bowie is to die for!!!
Now please excuse me while I go look for my drool bucket.

No competition for those Case Bowies but while wandering around after the little animals today, I stumbled on this picture of some knives I don't have individual pictures of and haven't posted.
The one on the left is, of course, a Blackjack clone of the Randall #1
In the center is what I think is an Ontario. I don't remember and am too lazy to dig it out of the safe to check.
The one on the right is a metal nightstick looking thing that has a short sword that screws into it.
Had all those for a good many years. (15?)

Here are a few of the more unusual ones I have:
A couple of riding crops(for camels)with concealed blades.Received these from a friend in the Merchant Marine who bought them in Cairo.
A very large katar bought off e-Bay several years ago.
A huge sword with what appears to be a horn handle and one piece blade/tang with gold inlays.
A Moroccan choora with clear handles and pieces of colored newsprint under them.T-shaped blade was used to pierce armor.
A Russian khindjal(a recent copy of an old blade).
Three Chinese tourists knives with carved bone handles and sheaths.
A pair of Javanese keris.

A few more:
Four African daggers with sheaths. These must have been for pygmys as I can barely get 3 fingers around the handle. The pommel has a sharpened tip almost like an arrowhead;sort of like a skull crusher on a Case V-42.
Three Phillipine barongs of various sizes. One has a handle made of what I think is a goat horn decorated with little metal flowers. The huge one has inlaid pieces of mother of pearl(a few missing from the scabbard). The third one is carved in the shape of a dog's head.
Lastly is what I believe to be a Chinese trousse;a knife and two chopsticks.

Wow! Those foreign knives are certainly not the average KABARS!

Good show! I like that Robeson; I have a similar one. They have their own distinctive look compared to some similar lines by other makers.

I like that Randal clone Blackjack Jerryd ,and the sheath with the stone pocket.
One of these days I'm gonna get a Blackjack ,I think they have a really clean ,straight forward style to them ,yet kinda fancy looking.

Hi guys. I have liked Condor knives from the start but their handles have left something to be desired. When they started selling blanks of my favorite patterns, problem solved. My brother has started in knifemaking and repair and part of my Christmas was he got me all three Condor blanks and handling them in whatever I want.
This is my Condor Woodlaw.
4-Inch blade
3mm-1075 high carbon steel blade material
Natural blade finish
Bog Oak handle with Orange liners
Ambush Forest Sheath

Tank, good looking oak and liner on the Condor.
Fabulous wood on the Cross, looks like burl, but didn't see where you mentioned what it is? Great pair, and bravo for making a one of a kind, no one else with that blank will have your handle. Cool.

Just finished up this one, had a short sambar stag crown not long enough for a full size knife so I came up with this one. Stag is getting expensive and hard to find quality pieces, I've had these crown pieces around for years and decided to use one set. I have polished the 1080 high carbon steel quite a little after I took this photo, it looks better now. I love sambar stag.!
