Bear & Bull Trapper/Stockman stamped BULL & BEAR

Post by eparty »

I don't know what they are worth, but they are beautiful knives stamped Bear & Bull on the outside and "Bull & Bear" on the blades. Beautiful handles made of different bones. I have tried researching them on line and cant find out much except that they were from the first production. Anyone know anything more?

I think what you have is a Buck Creek knife.
They are owned by Frost Cutlery.
The older ones were made in Germany, and they claim they still are,
but there is widespread speculation that at least part of the process now takes place in China. ::shrug::
Regardless, they are nice knives.
