cherokee knives

I just got this knife at a fea mart for 5 dollar its is my first congress it say solingen steel on the tang

I'm inclinded to say you got a deal!

It looks like maybe it has (my brain...) those scales that fall apart and kill other knives.

If so be carefull!

I'm fairly certain they are Pakistani made. The "Solingen steel" is also a good indication of Pakistani made knives. Buy hey, for five bucks it sounds like you got a deal regardless of where it was made!
