crossed arrows - Umbrella knife marking

Can anyone tell me the brand that has two crossing arrows in a cirlce. Thanks

I think it is either ROMO brand or a Chinese import.
Did it look like the stamp in this thread?

Thanks. The arrows are slightly different with the number of feathers. So I'm not sure if they are both "double arrow"
