Case .44 Mag knife

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Case .44 Mag knife

Post by tonyb »

Hello, I just bought a Case Limited Edition .44 MAG knife that is one of 500. I cant find any info anywhere on this knife, and would greatly appreciate any help you can give. The knife is a 6254 with bone handles i think. The large blade is etched 44 mag with a revolver, and the other blade is etched, GO AHEAD PUNK MAKE MY DAY. It is in a nice display box. Is this a rare knife, and what would a fair price be? Thanks for your help. Tony

Welcome Tont B! ::welcome::

Sounds to me like you have a SFO Trapper pattern.

Please post some pics of the knife and tang stamps.
