Can't help you out on the Al Mar, but I think that first one is a civilian version of a German military knife from the 1980s. I've forgotten the maker.

The gravity knife was made by ERN in Solingen, Germany. It is a civilian knife that has nothing to do with any military.
The blade has been polished to the point it has lost it's original shape.
