Prayers for my buddie in KY

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

open heart surgery at 7 30 am monday after blood thinners they gave him after heart cath wears
down and blood gets thicker...25% chance doc says he does not make it off the table....been thru alot of scrapes together...and I love em dearly !!!
His name is Ed, all tho I have called him Ham for decades (long story)
Thanks to all of ya who could take a couple of seconds for him, appreciate it, really do, I am hoping for a Easter miracle.........

Praying the Lord will bless your friend, Ham with a successful surgery. Miracles still happen and when they don't, God gives grace to get through tough times.

Good buds like Ed can be hard to come by and harder to stay in touch with.

I will offer prayers that he come through surgery and recover all the better on the other end.

Thanks too all of you so much for your prayers !!!
Ham came home from hospital yesterday after 15 days in...
Doc did not surger coat it, said could stop tomorrow, 6 months from now
but...if he makes it a year he has a chance to get 5 plus yrs with us
he has got to wear a vest so they can monitor him from home, BCBS hit for $36,000 bucks on that
it can and will also shock him if his heart fails
but doggone it, he is back in his holler, sittin on the porch, watching the branch run !!!
