My Pre 2007 Camillus TL-29 arrived today!

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

The knife's fit and finish, "walk and talk", bail, screwdriver/stripper blade, spear point blade all nearly a perfect as it left the factory more than 10 years ago. Ther are a couple of tiny spots on the Spear point blade's spine that are darkened, but this is a "working knife". It is just as nice (even nicer) than the knife I was issued at USNAS Whidbey Island, (Ault Field) 43 years ago.

If you go to ePrague, you can have an excellent specimen that beats the daylights out of anything else manufactured today.

You won't be sorry.
