This knife means more and more to me as time goes by. I am a died-in-the-wool CONSTITUTIONALIST.
This knife was made by Boker in Solingen, Germany to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the U.S Constitution in 1987.
My how time flies. It's now 2017, and our constitution will have it's 230th birthday this year!
Funny, they understood the document back then better than our current politicians:
"...establishes certain inalienable rights to each individual citizen."

Re: Boker 1987 Limited Edition Knife - Our Constitution
Here's another Limited Edition that's been on my wishlist for a while.
This is the 1981 LTD ED, Appalachian Trail knife. Based on the 200 pattern canoe. It has rosewood handles.
I've hiked several sections of the Appalachian Trail, from Springer Mountain, GA, up to Virginia - bits and pieces.
So this one is kind of special to me.
