Looking for opinions of Boker Optima

Hi All,

While looking for a folding knife with one blade and a saw, I came across the Boker Optima w/ stag handle. Before I order one I'd like to hear from someone who has had one. I understand that Boker has various product lines, some made in Germany & some not. I would like to find out:
-is the Optima German made, or is it in their "high end" category of knives?
-how is the fit & finish of the knife? Is there abnormally high side play because of the interchangeable blade?
-what is your overall rating of this knife? What else would you add?

Any advice here will be greatly appreciated.
